Circa 1940's, this Newcomb College Pottery vase, decorated by Aurelia Arbo, stands 3.75" tall by 4.75" in diameter. Decorated with a southern live oak tree and moon peeking thru, it is glazed in the easily recognizable Newcomb College blue glaze. Marks include the Newcomb College "NC", AA (Aurelia Arbo), F (clay type), Z94 (date) and an original Newcomb Pottery paper label indicating subject and number. In factory original condition, there are no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. A very nice Newcomb College vase to add to your collection.
