Dated 1926, this Newcomb College Pottery vase, shape number 82, stands 8" tall and is 3.5" in diameter. Finished in several easily recognizable Newcomb College blue glazes, it is decorated with Spanish moss, live oak and the moon peeking thru. In factory original condition, there are no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. Marks include the Newcomb College Pottery "NC", PJ47 (date), 82 (shape) and Ms Anna Francis Simpson's monogram.
