Dated 1929, this Newcomb College Pottery lidded vase stands 5" tall and is almost 4.5" in diameter. Finished in a very soft Newcomb blue to light lavender glaze, it is decorated with a band of pink flowers with long stems. In factory original condition, there are no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs. Marks include the Newcomb College "NC" factory impressed logo, RL58 (date), 86 and Ms Sadie Irvine's monogram. A very nice New Orleans Arts and Crafts Newcomb vase to add to your collection.
