Dated 1925. this Newcomb College vase, decorated by Anna Francis Simpson, stands 6" tall by 8" in diameter. Well carved with great color, marks include the Newcomb NC stamp, PC54 (date), 49, Ms. Simpson's cipher, and Joseph Meyer's (master potter) cipher. In excellent condition, there are no chips, cracks, hairlines, or repairs.
