This early Grueby Pottery vase, with three well tooled two-color leaves and buds, artist initialed that we believe to be Ruth Erickson, stands 8.25" tall by 4.5" in diameter. In overall good condition, with a restoration to a couple of small chips at the rim and, as pictured, there are areas of factory glaze thinning at the rim. Marks include the Grueby Pottery Boston USA impressed stamp along with artist initials.
