Made in Marblehead, MA, this large and impressive Marblehead Pottery vase stands 11" tall by 6.25" in diameter. Finished in the easily recognizable soft grey-green glaze, it is decorated with eight flying seagulls that are finished in a complementary blue glaze. In overall good condition, there has been professional restoration to two areas at the base. Marks include the Marblehead ship mark and "MP". Any white spots, glares or shadows are from the lights and not in the glaze.
