C & C Brown Pottery 14" Decorated Vase
This large and impressive Cedric and Christy Brown vase, C & C Brown, stands 14" tall by approximately 7.5" in diameter. Hand thrown, this vase has an incredible green Arts and Crafts style glaze, almost crystalline, with hints of a darker green and pink on the buds and leaves that decorate the vase from top to bottom. Marks include "C&C Brown" and in black ink "No. 746". C. & C. Brown pottery exhibited at the Craftsmen Weekend in Pasadena and the LA Pottery Show. Notable vendors included The Roycroft Inn, San Francisco Museum of Fine Art, The Gamble House, Craftsmen Home and Modern Bungalow just to name of few.
