Dated 1928, this Rookwood Pottery vase, shape number 2283, stands almost 5" tall, has an inside rim opening of 2", is 3" in diameter and sits on a base that is 1.75". Decorated with an Arts and Crafts geometric design at the bottom, it is finished in a very pretty darker blue colored glaze. In factory original condition, there are no chips, cracks hairlines, or repairs. Marks include the Rookwood Pottery "RP" factory logo, XVIII (1918), 2283 (shape) and "P" (porcelain).
